This spot on Beaver Pond by the River Rd Trailhead in Birch Hill / Lake Dennison would be a great place for the next Vets Adventure Day.
Andy is shown here just kicking it back enjoying being back were he needs to be .
The Grit Freedom Chair simply could be more aptly named.
Great cookout, fishing, boating, and green walking spots.
NQTA has full lenth trail map and guide of Birch Hill / Lake Dennison trails.
Andy, Celtz and I had a great couple of mile hike in the loaned Grit Freedom Chair and both agree ( and Celtz ) that NQTA 's new vet friends would have a great day in this beautiful naturlist setting.and invite all of our friends that were out on our initial Newton Reservoir walkabout.
Please extend this open invitation to all who would enjoy a summer cookout and adventures at Birch Hill / Lake Dennison.
So let's plan a summer day .
Tomorrow's Freedom Chair adventures takes us to Nate's N Quabbin Citizen Advocacy walkathon at the Tully Pavilion.
Event starts at 10 o'clock, I will be there at 12 o'clock getting demos and education out to a great targeted group
Happy Trails !
Donate toward the Community Chair
$2,135 out of $3,000 Raised
Each chair costs $3,000 to purchase. This fundraiser is in hopes to raise AT LEAST enough money for these 2 chairs for Nate & Andy, BUT this fundraiser will be an open ending fundraiser so that IF we can raise more then the total cost of $6,000 ($3,000 each chair) then we want to have more chairs, hopefully at least 2, available at all times at OIC (Orange Innovation Center) 131 West Main St, Orange for others to go and sign out a chair for the day and be able to enjoy these chairs and our trails!!!
Please help us achieve this goal so we can give back to our veterans and they can get out and enjoy our beautiful trails.
Any donation is helpful and don't forget to SHARE SHARE SHARE this fundraiser, the more people who share, the more people who know and can donate / share, it ALL helps!!!
