This event starts with 2 yoga masters and we are getting together and selecting a choice location for comfort for the yoga folks from 10 o'clock to 11.
Expected temperatures at that time 84° to 86° nice and comfy for a summer morning get your Yoga On!
NQTA is setting up a cooling station inside of the garage located at the trailhead with chairs and cold ice water available.
The forest and meadows educational gentle walkabout with a gentle pace will be completed by early afternoon with temperatures expected to be no greater than 90° at that time.
I believe we have a rather stunning collection of educational speakers key noted by doctor Nitya, from Blue Dragon Apothecary a Lyme, auto immune specialist who has led many of these plant and herbs walks and has an impeccable reputation for fascinating and educational stories.
Herbalist Laura also from Blue Dragon brings 20 years of planting and herbalist expertise and a wonderful smile and fun spirit.

Combat vet Pete founder of the Allied Forces Foundation out of Scotland is flying in from Seattle to tell of his fascinating vet organization specializing in post 911 soldiers.
Sarah McNary representative for central and western Massachusetts Veteran Administration will be there to support Pete and let people aware of some fascinating holistic programs coming
onboard the VA.
Wow !! this is an impressive lineup of organizational leaders and plant and herbs education combined for your enjoyment and education.
So as you can see this is a Beat the Heat event that will be completed by early afternoon free and open to the public and I encourage for all to attend.
I especially hope to see NQTA's towns and land trust partners as this is just the beginning in a continuous series of events unfolding in the summer and fall months.
