⛰ Hello all forest peeps,
Please join us at NQTA's upcoming Gathering and if possible please bring a Delicious Dish or dessert to share for our communal meal that we start our Gatherings with.
NQTA in the last several years started working with towns, land trusts and private businesses along our implementation vision goal of the now 240 mile Q+M Experience with 40 overnight shelters.
With the shared common vision of building accessible trails with utilization in accordance with Q+M's mantra of 'Sociability and Accessibility for All' along this Q+M Experience corridor.
NQTA then turned our attention to veteran and 1st responder outreach a personal mission of mine as a former
10th Special Forces soldier and this initiative has grown expeditiously.
NQTA in it's unfolding role as community organizational hub now turn our attention in bringing in the holistic healers and herbalist of the North Quabbin and Franklin County region.
This region is rich with this talent base and this August 12th Gathering highlights exactly that point.
Tracey Dawn Alden, Reiki and Sound therapist will be here with an introduction and will have her wonderful handmade body and wellness products set up and available for purchase.
Caitlin Smith, chiropractor masseuse and Stephanie Simon Montachusetts Wellness director and both Yoga Masters will be our guest speakers on the benefits of Yoga 101 and Caitlin the new OIC Wellness director will be unveiling the initial conceptual plans of this unfolding space.
After the main meal we will take a walkabout directly next door for the unveiling by directors Bri Drohen and Alec McLeod of the incredible new Makerspace, come see the amazing new artisan opportunities for the community.
Members of Blue Dragon Apothecary will be introduced and speak for a moment on their specialties.
🦅New Veterans Administration contact Sarah McNary will be introduced and speaking of the new holistic initiatives now available.
Also the awareness of the House of Representatives Lamb Act, again directly going to the new holistic initiative.
Dr Nitya Eisenheim,Naturopathic doctor
I will work with you to address chronic pain, fatigue, digestive issues, early stages of Lyme disease, autoimmune diseases by using lifestyle and dietary counseling, along with herbal medicine, homeopathy, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy to come up with a unique treatment plan. I love working with adolescents and teens, but see clients of all ages. I also teach seasonal botanical medicine classes and facilitate dietary support groups, as I believe in the power of healing within a community.
I sincerely believe that this new partnership is on the leading edge of this national initiative in the awareness of what the enhancement of quality of life the holistic healers, herbalists and outdoor therapy can do for our communities.
So come join us Monday August 12 for this free and openly encouraged family event for all in our community.
Truly upward and Onward,
